Will a CM Evo 212+ fit in an Asus P8Z77-V Pro with 2 sticks of RAM?

Hi, I am new here and after learning a lot from you guys, I had my own question while I am working on my first build. I ordered a P8Z77-V Pro, the CM Evo 212+, and 2x4 G.Skill Ripjaw Xs. I have received everything but the Evo 212+ and am really concerned with the fit for it due to the RAM blocking the way (And maybe even the GPU...). Does anyone have a clear answer and/or maybe even some pics of it?

I own that board, a 212+ and 4 sticks of RAM.

It will fit.

I had to shift the fan up the heat sink a little when I had high profile RAM, but even then, it was only to clear the closest stick of RAM. (The other three were completely clear)
