Will a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO fit in my case?

You're right it would be quite a tight fit, if I were to get it to fit XD do you think this noctua fan would do wonders? it seems to fit the required dimensions for my case but do you have any knowledge on if it's worth it? as in will it keep it cool enough to the point where I'm not topping 90C on heavy loads. http://www.amazon.com/Noctua-Low-profile-Cooler-Retail-Cooling/dp/B009VY1R9O/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1436151481&sr=1-1&keywords=nh-l9a

I don't how well it would cool in your situation, but Noctua makes high quality products. Check the reviews on that page and see what the owners responses are. It would for sure be better than the stock AMD cooler.
But if you are getting near 90C, you are either OC'ing on the stock cooler (a no-no) , or you have some other issue. The stock cooler, although noisy, should be able to keep that APU at safe temps. Is your system clean or is it full of dust? How about cable management? Is the case's single rear exhaust fan working? Is your cooler's fan working?

Funny you mention that, recently my cpu fan has been running at about 50%, but for some reason today I it's only been running it at 20%, I have no idea how to increase fan speed as I went into my bios and it only gave me a reading of my speed but no option to set it to any priority or to increase it, speed fan has no affect on neither my cpu nor my case fan and at this point I'm not sure if an aftermarket heatsink fan will fix my dilemma either 🙁 I just recently cleaned my computer of dust, about 9 days ago and my rear exhaust fan is working fine as all my other components are running at about 35c, cable management is very neat and tidy and shouldn't be blocking any airflow.

Sorry I wasn't clear with that XD, my cpu fan is only spinning at 20% and my cpu itself is jumping 90C more today, I finally found a way to spin my cpu fan higher so I span the fans at 80% but no luck, still went to 90C on my cpu. Could it be a problem with thermal paste? as I've had this computer for a year now but this problem has never shown itself before to the point that my computer randomly reboots itself on heavy loads. thank you for the help so far btw!

iI tested out my fan speeds and at 50% it stays at a steady 2170-2190 and at 100% it maxes out at 4400, if that helps.

It sounds like the fan is working as it should. Maybe is IS time to investigate the TIM situation. It may have been mishandled at the factory.

Just to verify the temp you are seeing, run AMD Overdrive and check the THERMAL MARGINS. TM is the distance left until max temp. http://www.amd.com/en-us/markets/game/downloads/overdrive
TM will read the opposite of core temp. The lower the number, the hotter the CPU cores.

I will write/type a second answer with my results on the test but is it possible for the TIM to be giving me problems now after having the computer for a year? again this is a new situation for me and the more knowledge I can get out of this is a major plus XD

Like I said, I would not have expected it this early. Especially since the cooler comes with a proper amount applied at the factory before assembly. I'd like to verify those temps tho. That's why I suggested AOD. At 90C, the APU is way above the TjMax point where it will throttle back performance to save itself.

The A8-6xxx has a max operating temp of 71.3C.

I used speccy and CPUID HWmonitor as temp soft-wares and they both said idle I was 50c and on high loads I was 103c max. but the problem still stands that my computer randomly shuts off on heavy loads, do you know any other hardware failure that could be causing this?

That would explain a lot considering my work space hasn't gotten hot if my computer really is pumping out 200F or 100C, and I did suspect it being my powersupply in the beginning but it was a local repair store and evga said that it was a temp issue. My graphics card (a GTX 750TI SC) meets the 300 watt required power supply limit but do you think that my power supply is being overpowered due to the addition of the card last year?(my computer peripherals for some reason weren't being powered on immediately after installing the graphics card but after an hour my computer worked fine again with the new graphics card installed but since then I've not had another problem regarding power). there is also a blackish burn mark on my case and under the power supply but it is extremely small and I disregarded it. do you believe that a new power supply will fix my troubles or should I take it to the repair shop for inspection?

Wow sir you've outdone yourself, you caught the problem an hour before it happened XD I saw you said it was a PSU problem and an hour later after having this problem for 3 weeks I hear a pop or a bam OR something and smell a smell emit from my computer and I knew immediately what it was XD Is there anywhere I could rate you because you helped me more than evga, hp, and my local computer repair shop combined!

No need to. I'm just happy to be of assistance. Troubleshooting PC problems from afar is always dicey. Sometimes we can hit on the problem, sometimes we can't. It's not like having the machine in front of you to do some hands-on.
But let's just hope the PSU didn't take something else out with it when it died. Like a delicate motherboard component. You won't know until you test the system with a new PSU, unfortunately.
