Will a Corsair 650W PSU be enough to power these components?

I'm about to start my first PC build and in a last minute exam of my basket i've switched out graphics cards and upped my power supply. I just need to be certain that this will be enough!

My components:
CPU AMD FX8-8320
CPU cooler CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO
Mobo Asus M5A99x EVO r2.0
Memory Corsair vengeance pro black (2x4gb) 1866mhz CL9
GPU MSI Radeon R9 280X
HDD WD 1TB Caviar Blue 7200rpm
Case Corsair Carbide Series 200R

PSU Corsair CS650M CSM

Any comments opinions etc are also appreciated.

Yeah, 650W will be good but I would recommend a different PSU. The CS series use lower quality capacitors and if you are overclocking, you will be putting a strain on the PSU. If you are not stuck with ordering from the same place or have some wiggle room on your purchases, I would recommend this PSU instead.

The Radeon R9-280X requires a psu with 30A on the +12v rail and a 550W psu minimum

The CS650M CSM has low grade capacitors

I would suggest you get a quality PSU from
seasonic/xfx(also made by seasonic) or any psu from the corsair TX,HX or AX range of PSU's
of 600W - 650W for some headroom

This would be a much better choice with 48A on the +12v combined rail and high quality capacitors

Do not buy the CS PSU. There are far better choices as mentioned. This one is enough power and semi-modular:

Well that's pretty conclusive. XFX it is! Thank you all for your help, you saved my bacon there! Gona go with the semi modular, I think. I think it'll suit me best as a first time builder. Thanks again everyone!
