I wanted to buy me a new graphics card the GTX 970 from Gigabyte and now I need a new power supply and case, I wanted to get the cx600 from corsair and the vg4-w from sharkoon and I don't know cause my motherboard is a Mini IT-X if it would fit.

That is not correct. I just did the swap of an X51 R2 into a new chassis. You'll need to pick a case that supports a Mini- ITX board, new PSU, I out a 600w PSU in mine and a GeForce GTX 970. It took a while to figure out the connections. It all works well. There are two things I haven't solved yet, which are minor. The sensor for the old PSU will give an error and can be disabled in BIOS. I need to find an /O backplate that will fit the old MOBO. I took the shield off and used that but I would like to find a replacement backplate. I was able to connect all the front panel connectors as well. I had to get some new Sata cables without the...
From what you said, you want to put the MB from alienware x51 r2 into other case, sharkoon vg4-w. Also buy the new GPU and PSU too. I think you may have problem because the back panel I/O shield ( alienware x51 r2 ) can not be removed. Here is the picture I found http://g-ecx.images-amazon.com/images/G/01/electronics/dell/cnet_dell_ax51_gallery_11_800.jpg you should find more info online to see someone do the same. If you can solve this problem, then the PSU can fit into the sharkoon vg4-w, by the way, recommend to buy other tier 1 or 2 PSU for the gtx970, check out the PSU tier list http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

Admirable

If my memory serves me well, there is a standard back panel I/O shield inside the case, just behind the plastic one, i'l try to find a picture of it.

Edit:
Looks like there is not a removable I/O shield on the x51, you'll have that issue while doing the swap.
