[SOLVED] Will a cpu cooler fan be possible to replace?

Hello i have a Zalman CNPS10X Optima 2011 it works perfectly fine but the fan is a bit too loud for my liking. I was wondering is it possible to replace the fan or should i just buy a new cooler?

Looks like a standard 120mm fan held on by metal clips. Any 120 fan should work just be sure to keep the metal clips.

Any reccomendations for rpm speed and will a 3pin plus molex do it and will the 3 pin match the cpu cooler one on mobo
