will a DVI cable run my monitor at 144hz?

i will but BenQ XL2411Z it doesn't come with a HDMI cable but it comes with DVI cable.
it is 144hz so will the DVI run it with 144hz? or should i order an HDMI with it?
i use a headset connected to the MB not the monitor.

If your monitor came with a DVI came it's likely the DVI-D Dual Link, which is what you need to use to get 144hz.

and my headset is connected to the MB then will i be fine with audio?

I would imagine so. Depending on your case you may have front ports to use with your headset. Either way, you should be good to go.

I have the same monitor, of course the cable that they put in the box for a 144hz advertised monitor is going to work. Don't worry dvi-d cable is totally fine

Can DVI do 144hz?

To output 1080p content at 144Hz, you typically use a dual link DVI-D cable or DisplayPort cable. You can also use a HDMI 1.3 or higher cable.
