Will a EVGA 650Ti Boost work with my PC build?

Will an EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost work with my pc build without having to invest in a more powerful PSU? I don't want to injure or damage my pc so I figured I'd ask before I make any decisions.

Computer Specs:
Intel Core i5 2320 3.00Ghz (Quad-Core CPU)
16gb 8x2 sticks of g.skill DDR3 1866mhz Ram
EVGA 430W PSU
Sandisk 120gb Sata lll SSD
1TB HDD (w/ Windows 7 Home Premium)
Windows 10 Pro

Your power supply might be insufficient. Nvidia recommends a 500W power supply for that card. Why are you considering such an old card if I might ask? A GTX 1050 or RX 460 would absolutely work with that power supply (much less power usage).
