Will a Evga gtx 970 fit in Xps 8300 case?

Hi I want to know if the EVGA GTX 970 ACX 2.0 will fit in my dell xps 8300 CASE because one of our friends told us that the card is too big

cant find any specs on that case, but by the looks of it, it will be close but you can always cut some drivebaywall off, but not really the pc you upgrade parts on. These dell PCs should take up the name of bambus PC

I installed the Evga 970 yesterday. It fitted very well and is compatible with dell xps 8300 motherboard
