Will a FX 4300 @3.8 GHz Bottleneck a 270x ?

I'm currently looking for a new computer and i have to chose between a FX 4300 with a r9 270x or a r7 260X. I know which one runs better but i was wondering if the r9 270x bottleneck will be too big, if not then please let me know and show proof. Please don't go off if you think it wont i need to be certain.
Also i'm open to any better suggestions.

Bottlenecking is not an universal thing; Every game has different requirements. That CPU will bottleneck your PC in some games, and in others it won't.

What games you plan on playing ? BF4, in that case you will get bad performance from the cpu.

Games like Battlefield Hardline, Bioshock Infinite and newly released game like Destiny when it comes out.

Well in that case you might see a bit of a bottleneck, but it should still be playable though. I'd get the R9 270X, games are getting more graphically intensive all the time so a more powerful GPU never hurts.

The CPU has pretty much nothing to do with the settings, but yes, those games should be playable.
