Will a FX-8370E Bottleneck a GTX 960

So I currently have a FX-4130 and wish to upgrade to a FX-8370E but will it Bottleneck a GTX 960. I wish to play games such as Witcher 3, GTA V, and Total War Attila, I do not meet the CPU requirements so I wish to upgrade to the FX-8370E. So will it bottleneck the GTX 960??

8370e should work fine with a 960.

Bottlenecking is more difficult than I think you may believe. The 8370 is more than adequate of companion to a 960 than anything AMD has to offer so far, just keep in mind that those games are a bit CPU intensive and AMD chips don't have notably impressive core performances, so if anything struggles, it will be the CPU.
