Will a FX4170 bottleneck a R9 270?

Looking to upgrade my graphics card to a R9 270, but was wondering if my FX-4170 will bottleneck it?

Or any other card suggestions? I was looking at the GTX 660 too.

no. they are balanced in terms of cpu-gpu.
