Yes! The motherboard has an am3+ socket same as the CPU so they will work.

You should ALWAYS check the CPU Support List for a specific processor/motherboard combo. Just because they have the same socket type does not automatically mean a given processor will work with a given motherboard.

It appears that your motherboard has a 95 watt limitation for AM3+ processors, so the FX-8350 (125 watts) will not work.

I don't see the FX-8350 listed on any of these CPU Support Lists (hence why you ALWAYS check).

There are 3 Gigabyte GA-78LMT 'USB3' motherboards on Amazon-UK for £48 or so. I suspect one of them (if not all) will run a 125w FX-8350.

Or, an 'E' Piledriver, for that matter.
