Will a Geforce GPU work in my AMD ASUSTeK motherboard?

I have a HP FX-8120 computer with a HD7660D Video Card I want to update. According to CPU-Z, I have an ASUSTeK CM1855 Motherboard. Can someone please tell me if a GeForce is compatable with that motherboard.

Also, where can I update my BIOS to the newest version and what kind of BIOS my computer take? Also, how do I go about updating the BIOS? According to CPU-Z, it's American Megatrends Inc., version 1501 installed on 8/20/2013? Thanks in advance for your reply.

It's got a PCI-E slot so no problem fitting any GPU, except the PSU is 300W https://www.asus.com/us/Tower-PCs/CM1855/specifications/ which really limits your choices.

But if I upgraded my Power Supply then would I be able to use the GPU?

That'd be fine, just pick something good, around 500W and you'll be sorted for life. Show some options in your price range.

What's the easiest way to update the BIOS and see what version I have? Is there a way to backup the old bios in case something goes wrong? If there is a way to back it up and something goes wrong how do I restore the previous BIOS?
