Will a GeForce GTX 1070 work well with my current system?

I'm looking into upgrading my GPU from a 660ti to a GTX 1070. Wondering if the rest my system would be efficient enough to work in harmony with a 1070. Below is a list of my specs:

Motherboard: ASUS Maximus V Gene
CPU: Intel i7-3770
RAM: 16gb Corsair Vengeance
PSU: Corsair CX600M
Case: Corsair Carbide 330R
Storage: Corsair 120gb SSD and 2x1tb Seagate HDDs

I am mostly concerned with power consumption but any advice/insight would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

What display/s do you have?
A '1070 really wants a 1440 rez or 120Hz 1080 display to make any real sense, if you're on a 60Hz 1080 display (like many of us) then I'll suggest you look a little further down the food chain unless you plan on upgrading to said bigger/faster display in the near future.
