Question Will a GeForce GTX 1650 Mini ITX OC 4G Graphics Card be bottlenecked by my CPU/PC

My CPU is an Intel Core i7-6700 with 3.40 GHz, and my PC itself is an HP Envy 750-177c.

I don't think so but it really depends on how CPU or GPU intensive the application is.

I would worry with priority about the cheap Gigabyte Cooling system .
