The GTX645 was a gutted OEM version of a GTX660. It's a 65W card so if it fits it should run.

But newer 65-75W CPUs perform much better. GTX750TI, GTX1050, GTX1050Ti. Even the 37W GT1030 outperforms it by quite a bit.

Ty its just that I can get this card extremely cheap & its what is in my other computer, so if it dies I will be able to rob that old Optiplex and put in my 8700 xps

Before proceeding; make sure your PCIe slot isn't undervolted as some Optiplex models (790 MT, for instance) has a PCIe limit of just 35W.
