Funny enough, i have the Gainward GTX 670 Phantom, dual fan with the mesh shroud, it's very nice. TBH it was the only GTX 670 that would fit in my case at the time
It's going well, no problems.

Of the Gainward GTX 770 cards, the one you picked (in the original link), has removable fans for cleaning, that's a pretty neat feature IMO (http://www.eteknix.com/gainward-geforce-gtx-770-phantom-oc-2gb-graphics-card-review/2/). I don't have it on mine, but the mesh cleans up nice with some compressed air, it's easy to maintain, but can't get directly to the fans.
When it comes to GPU brands it's pretty subjective. Gigabyte are just as good as the other brands. As long as it meets your needs, be it size, speed, price, cooling, aesthetics or warranty etc... it fine.
