Will a gpu with pci express 3 0 fit two pci express 2 0

Hello,

will a HD radeon 7850 be compatible with ASUS 1155 P8Z68 DELUXE S/L.

I am trying to build a computer within £1000 so if anybody could answer this or even give me a better choice that would be great. I want a LGA 1155 socket for the CPU.
