Will a GT 1030 work with my system? i have a Acer Aspire tc-220 and i want to know will a GT 1030 work with my CPU/APU

(it is a AMD A4 7210)

Yes, the GT 1030 should work just fine in this system.

I was just wondering because I found this http://www.pc-specs.com/gpu/Nvidia/1000_Series/GeForce_GT_1030/3953/Compatible_CPUs and I cant find my APU any were, but then i was looking through the forms and found this guy http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-3595179/games-feel-laggy-high-fps.html who has a A4 7210 and he is able to use a GT 1030.

The GT 1030 becomes the primary video device and you stop using the video portion of your APU. You will be fine.
