So i am upgrading to a gt 730 from a gt 610 and saw that the gt 610 is single-width and the gt 730 is dual-width so i was wondering if my motherboard can support it and if my case is also a problem that it might make it work

Ok, that sounds like single vs dual slot.

But, just to be on the safe side:

Here is a picture of full-height (regular) vs low-profile:

And here is a picture of single-slot vs dual slot:

(although if you notice, on the single slot, the black and red fan shroud on the card sticks out past the slot, but that would be inside the case)
The motherboard would not be the issue - it would be the case.

I don't know what you mean by double-width. There's two things that could mean:
1 - Regular profile vs low profile. Regular profile is a normal width expansion card, and low-profile is half-width, in terms of how wide the slot itself is in the back of the case
2 - Single-slot vs double-slot - a double slot means that if there were another PCIe or similar slot in the motherboard next to the one you're putting your graphics card in, a double-slot card, while it may or may not take up two slots on the back plates, would obstruct the next slot on the motherboard.

Without seeing your case, your motherboard, and the specific GT 730 you're using, this is not a question that can be answered.

What i mean about Dual and single-width is for the dual-width something like a GTX 980 ti that metal part of it or with the GT 610 for the single-width
