Will a GT 730 work on my 200w pc?

My pc specs are the following :
I5 4460.
8gb ddr3.
500gb hdd.
Zotac 4gb gddr5 GT 730.
200W psu.
The card is a 25w and I think that it should work fine. What are your guys thoughts?
