Will a GTS 250 graphic card fit into an ASUS P8Z68 Deluxe?

I am going to build a new PC and I want to keep my existing GTS250 video card. The mother board I want to get is an Asus P8Z68 Deluxe. Does anyone know my video card can fit into the Asus P8Z68 Deluxe?
