I have an Intel DH67CL motherboard. I want to know whether the newer GTX 1050 ti 4gb or 1060 3gb will be compatible with my motherboard which is a legacy BIOS.

It should work fine.
Really!
I have i5 2320, 4gb Ram (i will add extra 8gb)ddr3, 500w PSU, and a very old Nvidia GeForce 210.
I just want to upgrade the GPU to either GTX 1050ti 4gb or 1060 3gb to play some casual games like pubg and want to get 50fps.
And in the near future I will upgrade the mobo as well as the CPU and will carry on the same GPU that I'll purchase now.
But I was very confused as to whether the newer GPU might not be compatible. Due to the BIOS issue that I heard about from some people.

Your motherboard supports pcie 3.0 video cards but cpu does not. It will work with your configuration only at pcie 2.0 speed. For pcie 3.0 full speed you need to upgrade your cpu to intel core 3xxx series one. I7-3770 is maximal for your lga 1155 socket motherboard.
