Will a GTX 1050 Ti fit and run?

Finally I am able to get a new GPU 🙂
My question is: I have a Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2P with REV 5.0
- Will a GTX 1050 ti run on this board?... At this time I have a gtx 650ti, I think the 1050 should run much better.

CPU is AMD FX-6300 and I use 16GB RAM.

If not - what do you think is the best GPU for my motherboard?

Yes it'll fit and run fine. It's about as good of a GPU as I'd put in that build

Yes a 1050ti will run with that.
However, you can get an RX 480 for $154.99 after rebate, and it is a very good model.

Wow, you guys are fast 🙂 Happy to read that this will work! I was not sure about the REV 5.0 of the board (unfortunately I am not that fit regarding BIOS and so on)

2 fan versions are quieter the smaller ones are small but usually louder and a bit slower if trying to oc them.

I'm getting the same CPU and GPU for my birthday on the 20th and I have the same motherboard. Was just wondering if there were any problems at all with installing either of them, I've never installed parts into a computer before and am a bit nervous.

Hello! I had no problems at all with both! I use it on WIN10 upgraded from WIN7. For me it was just like plug and play 🙂 I was also a bit nervous for the same reason as you, but if I can give you an advice: Read thru all forums you can find and watch all youtube videos for installing these parts! This helped me a lot.

Hello! I had no problems at all with both! I use it on WIN10 upgraded from WIN7.
