Ok, would the GPU have to be a single fan?It will, but any optiplex i came across has a bad Airflow when you drop in a GPU.
Plus the PSU is very rarely able to support said GPU.
Make sure it has a branded PSU before you buy one.
And even after that, just be careful with the temps.
