Will a GTX 1070 run well with a Ryzen 5 1600 for 144hz gaming?

I am buying a Pre-Built computer with AMD Ryzen 5 1600 + GTX 1070, and I am wondering if it will run games well at 1440p (1080p will be fine if it doesn't) at 144 fps or higher on my 144hz g-sync monitor

It's a good match and yes it handles 144 hz gaming, 1600 can also be overclocked and feel like a 1600X so you should also look at the specs of the motherboard.
