I recently got a amd fx 8350 at stock clocks and it has not failed me can run crysis 3 at 60 fps cositenly sometimes going into the 50s with my gtx 960 I want to get a gtx 1070 however will the bottleneck be bad will there be a bottle neck I also plan on pairing it with a 144 hrs monitor is this a bad idea I know theres alot of hate when it comes to amd cpus

The FX8350 is going to bottleneck a 1070 a lot. I would not bother with a 144hz monitor. The FX8350 would not get anywhere close.

The only reason that there is "AMD hate" is because those cpus are still so popular despite being 3-4 years old and really no longer compete at all with the newer stuff.

I don't hate AMD but I couldn't possibly recommend such old parts. Even an i3 6100 would be a huge improvement.
