will a gtx 1080 rog strix (3 fans) fit inside a nzxt h440 designed by razer case?

I bought basically an all new pc (new motherboard, new cpu, new gpu, new ram)
and everything seemed awesome until i started to put em all inside the case and i found out my cooler master k380 (im 99% sure its that) can barely fit my gtx 1080 rog strix... my old old 580 and old 770 fit inside it firm and nicely but the 1080 barely fit it and almost touches the SSD and hard drive i have in the pc and it such a tight fit it makes it so the cable that connects to the ssd, hard drive and cd rom cannot get to the cd rom and as such, my pc does not have a cd rom which is not good.
i was thinking about buying a full tower which is okay, i have the money for it and if its a necesscity (how does one type this word) i can do it but If I can, id rather have a nice mid tower and as I am obsessed with razer, I want their case. the h440 seems quite large and I think it will fit but im asking just to be sure

edit: apparently you can take out the hdd cage in the h440 but idk what that means... I mean, I understand that it means taking out the slots for the ssd and hard drive but does that mean I have to have external ones? or does it only take some of the out?

The price markup on the Razer stuff really pains me, you could look into something like the black P400 TG with Green LEDs and still stick for that Razer Aesthetic. Preferences aside, this should answer your question. https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/184114-removing-hdd-cages-nzxt-h440/

I have a Corsair 750W 80+ Gold TX750M for a psu and might even upgrade (unnecessary, but tell that to my dad.)
the h440 comes with 3 120mm fans and 1 140mm fan and ill probably buy another 140 or 2 as it can fit either 7 120mm or 5 140mm so might as well

the question really was of the h440... acouple bucks here and there dont really matter... and I dont mind buying a pretty expensive mid tower case as before it was looking at full tower cases with an even higher price tag but then I found out the h440 is pretty good and also found out it has a razer edition.

so unless smthing changes, I will buy the h440 next month. good case with really good airflow, can hold my gpu, no need for more than maybe 2 hdd cages, awesome look, made basically with only metal so... yay? im not THAT GUY who will take their pc anywhere... its gonna stay under my table or I thought because now its a good, gtx 1080, i7 8700k 8th gen, asus rog strix z370-h it should be displayed with an awesome case on my desk. sorry im really excited by this new pc hehe... I got it like 2 months ago and until then I used a 8 year old pc with a gtx 580 8 ram that I installed, a motherboard so old I could barely find its name and an i7 870 gen 1.

Why the gtx 1080 when you are willing to pay that much for the case when GTX 1080 Ti is quite a bit better?
I still regret that I didn't get the Ti when I bought the exact same card last year, gtx 1080 rog strix, when the cheapest Ti was only 150 bucks more
