Will a gtx 1080 ti fit on a micro atx motherboard?

I have a gigabyte h81 motherboard
And I want to know if the MSI VGA Geforce GTX 1080 Ti Gaming X 11GB
and 16 GB ram
Will fit and work with my motherboard
Also I want to know if all these will fit in this tower CASE LC-POWER 988B GAMING RED TYPHOON MIDI LC-988B-ON
Do you think this is possible?
Basically what I'm trying to do is keep my motherboard CPU and PSU

Do you have any suggestions for good budget 16gbram, HDD, SSD and monitor?

Case holds Graphic cards up to 360 mm the card is 279mm long so you should be ok. AND I suggest you go to https://pcpartpicker.com/ and look up the best parts for the lowest price you can find there.

yes your motherboard is an atx and the case fits atx motherboards. OOOhI just noticed that the motherboard only supports 32 bit operating system. You don't want that!! You need a 64 bit os.
