Will a gtx 1080 work with my motherboard

I am looking to upgrade my graphics card from a gtx 1050ti to a gtx 1080 but is my motherboard compatible
- ASUS H81M-P Plus

If it's compatible with the GTX1050Ti, it's compatible with the GTX1080. Of more concern is the power supply.
