It will work I suggest you get a better PSU. I suggest a 450W 80+ Bronze at the least. Your i5 2400 most likely would botteneck the 1650 so you'd be losing about 30% FPS with no bottlenecks. Other than a little PSU upgrade it'll be a pretty nice upgrade from your 1030.
