Will a GTX 750 Ti Asus strix 2gb oc work on my 970a-ds3p mobo? And also, will it fit?

So I am getting rid of my GT 730 and decided to buy something fancy, and went with a GTX 750 Ti Asus strix 2gb oc, like this one: http://www.pcgarage.ro/placi-video/asus/geforce-gtx-750-ti-strix-oc-2gb-ddr5-128-bit/

I also have a makeshift cooler stuck to the stock fx 6300 cooler, because my northbridge kept overheating. I'm pretty sure it will work, but will it fit?

IT will fit its not to big and it doesnt normally have a backplate so you will be fine.
