Low profile gpus that will fit SF factor cases will not allow you to play games very well. They are good for web browsing only. The least expensive way is to move the internals into a larger case. Then full size gpus will fit.
I know this a 1 month bump but i'm running a GTX 750 Ti in my dell optiplex 755 SFF just fine the psu is 275 watts from memory and the GTX 750 Ti has a 60 watt TDP and i haven't had the slightest problem with it and it's overclocked GPU: 170 Mhz and Memory: 80 Mhz (That's not the actual clock speed it's how much I've overclocked it) My 755 looks crazy but it should work in your DT model but you may have to make some modifications to the case if you're willing to do that 😛 You might want to get a more powerful CPU if there is a core 2 duo present
This is the graphics card that I use in my mini ITX HTPC build and it puts out some serious horsepower for it's size and power requirement. The MSI GTX 750Ti LP http://www.amazon.com/MSI-N750Ti-2GD5TLP-Graphic.... It will easily fit your setup.

sorry for this bump but I felt that I need to inform people looking for this information.... I have a 755 optiplex with stock C2D and just installed Asus GTX 750 non TI 2GB VRAM OC, it works just fine except it was looking just like liamedward posted... i let the case lie down because there was no support for the GPU to stay horizontal
