Will a GTX 750 ti Run Black Ops 3/GTA 5?

I was wondering if a GTX 750 ti will run GTA 5, BO3, and other games without frame drops. or at a decent 50+ FPS. I wonder if this is the best card to get with a MAX $125 limit.

If your CPU is up to par with the GTX 750 then you should have no problems playing it on low to medium settings.
However it's less likely that you can remain at those fps constantly because it's a medium demanding game, if possible save up your money and purchase a Gtx 950 or one of the Radeon series.
