Will a GTX 760 be able to run AAA games at 60fps on ultra?

I am intending on upgrading to a GTX 760 this october. I need to know if it would handle the upcoming games like COD Ghosts, BF4,Arkham Origins,AC4 etc etc.... I have my eyes on the MSI gtx 760 2gb oc twin frozr or the gigabyte gtx 760 4gb oc windforce. Appreciate any help I can get. Thanks

There is no way you will be able to play bf4 on 60+fps on ultra with a gtx 760.
