My pc is old and I'm not getting a new pc soon but my birthday is coming up and I've asked my sister if she could give me a GPU as a gift but before she buys me one I'm just wondering, will it be compatible with my specs?

2 HDDs which have the capacities of 194 GB and 270 GB.
my Mobo is an MSI FM2-A55M-E33
my CPU is an AMD A8-5600K
my GPU is an integrated one which came with my mobo I think, its a AMD Radeon 7560D (but I don't think this would be important)
Will a GTX 760 or GTX 750 TI be compatible with my specs?
