Will a GTX 760 run okay with a Asus m5a78l-m/usb 3 motherboard?

So I am in need of a few upgrades for my computer and first on my list is the graphics card. I currently have an AMD 7770. I have recently upgraded my PSU and am in need of another CPU as it is only an AMD FX 4100. But I need to know if I will also need to upgrade my motherboard before buying these expensive items.

Thanks . Do you recommend the FX6300? I was looking at the FX6100 but there isn't much difference in price if the FX6300 is much better

The FX6300 is an improved FX6100 about 10-15% better per clock.

So will the FX6300 definitely not bottleneck? Also if you know, how much do you think the FX4100 will bottleneck as I will be using that for about a month or 2 until I get the money for the new CPU?

It will only bottleneck in multi threaded games, basically nothing to worry about.
