Will a GTX 950 get bottlenecked by my setup?

My gpu just gave up on me after 4 years so i am now looking for a replacement. After a bit of reading and asking, I've decided to get a Zotac GTX 950 AMP!

Im just worried that it might get bottlenecked by my setup though. Here is my current rig:

i3-2100 (the one im most concered about)
ASUS p8z77v-lk
Avexir Core RAM 2x4gb
600w Epsilon FPS 80+

P.S.
My former GPU was a Sapphire 7870, I only play at 720p, and unfortunately, upgrading my processor is not possible at this time since i am on a strict budget

I would expect a GTX950 to perform very similar to your old 7870.

I suspect you can buy a stronger GTX960 for the same price.
