Will a GTX 960 Fit in my motherboard?

I want to buy a GTX 960 4GB Gaming edition.
I currently have:
Motherboard: Asus P6T Deluxe V2
CPU: I7 920 2.66Ghz (Going to overclock to 3.5/4ghz).
Will it fit and not bottleneck?

It will work without any issues with your current setup.
That i7 still has plenty enough juice to feed that card.
