Will a GTX 970 Bottleneck an OC'd i7 920?

I have an i7 920 CPU OC'd to 3,4 GHZ. Will it bottleneck the card?(The other specs are 8GB ram 1600 mhz and an X58 mobo)

Depends on the game. Some games really like highly oc'd CPU.

It will depend greatly upon the game, but my hyper-modded Skyrim had both my i920 and 680 4GB maxing out. I can't foresee many games having both that type of graphical and processing demand. Since the 970 is x2 faster than the 680 I'm guessing that it would be bottlenecked by it. I've never OCed any of my hardware though.
