Will a GTX 970 bottleneck this Setup?

Hi Folks, just a small question while upgrading the GPU of one of the old rigs with a GTX 970.

Will a GTX 970 preferably from MSI, bottleneck this setup? Below are the specs :


i5 2400s
Asus H61-MLX
Corsair DDR3 8GB (2 x 4GB) @ 1333MHz
MSI GTX 560Ti Twin Frozr II 1GB
CM GX750 PSU
Seagate Baracuda 1TB 7200RPM
