Will a GTX 970 G1 Gaming fit in my case?

I am planning on upgrading my PC by installing a new GTX 970 to replace my 750. What I'm looking at is a GTX 970 G1 Gaming by Gigabyte and I'm wondering if it'll fit in my case.

If not, what is a better GTX 970 alternative that could fit in my case?

The GTX 970 G1 gaming dimension are: L=312mm, W=129mm, H=43mm
Your case's vga clearance space is 315mm but you should measure it yourself to make sure.
In theory it should fit.

if it is that big of worry why not go with something like evga cards there more compact at just 10.1/ 10.5 inches [better support and higher clocks at the price points ] don't you got a ruler ?
