Question Will a GTX 970 work in my system?

Hi, I found this (https://annarbor.craigslist.org/sop/d/ann-arbor-evga-gtx-970-sc-gaming-acx-20/6922183544.html) GPU on my local craigslist, and was wondering if it needed a external power connector, or could just run off the 75 watt PCIe rail, its a low-wattage proprietary PSU, Thanks!

Requirements

• 500 Watt or greater power supply.****
• PCI Express, PCI Express 2.0 or PCI Express 3.0 compliant motherboard with one graphics slot.
• Windows 10, Windows 8 & 8.1, Windows 7, Windows Vista
• The picture shows it requires two 6 pin power plugs from the PSU
