I have a pre built ASUS M51ACUS002S, I would like to upgrade my card to a GeForce GTX 980.

Will it fit into my computer, and is the power supply enough?

If not, which PSU, would you recommend that would fit?

Well 1st thing you will have to do is measure the room you have between the back slots and the back of the HD cage and compare it against the length of your proposed card

Then go to newegg or the manufacturer's site and see how big the card is

Gigabyte Gaming for example is 12.28"

As tot he PSU, depending on model, it comes with a 350 W or 500 W PSU. You should be able to see what you got on the side of your PSU.

You'll need 500 watts for a 980 at stock speeds..... but I a bit wary about whether the 500w one Asus supplies 9assuming you don't have the 350) is up to the job.
