My manufacturer is Dell, model is 0c2XKD (U3UI), my version is A00. It is a Dell Inspiron 3650. I want to know that the GTX 980 Ti will even fit or be compatible with my computer before I go and buy it. I don't mind sharing any other information needed later. Thanks!

Motherboard yes, case and PSU not so much. It's not going to fit in the system and the proprietary looking PSU that system uses is no where near enough to power a card like the 980Ti.
likely no. Card probably won't fit in that case size and your PSU is very likely to weak to power it anyways. The 980ti recommends a 600w PSU.

Look in your case to find out how big you PSU is and measure the space inside height and length. That will let you figure out what kinds of GPUs you can use.
