I'm looking to upgrade my GPU from an R7 250 to a GTX 970 GPU. I have a 650 watt (80+ Gold) PSU and I want to make sure that I will have the power it needs. I'm currently have 16gig (4X4) of 1866 RAM, 2 optical drives (blueray burner and dvd burner) 1 120gig SSD, and 2 7200rpm 1 tb HDD. I have a water cooler that uses 3, 3 pin slots, and 2 additional fans. The card I'm looking at is EVGA 04G-2974-KR GeForce GTX 970 Superclocked 4GB 256-Bit GDDR5 ACX 2.0 PCI Express 3.0, and it states the minimun psu needed is 500 Watt, but since I havethe extra hard drives and optical drives I want to be sure that I will have enough power for the video card. Thank you for your help.

here is the link for the video card I plan on buying
