Will a H87 work with GTX 760

with a GTX 760. Will H87 limit the power of the GTX 760

no, the motherboard has nothing to do with power delivery to your gpu. You just need to make sure your psu is good enough.

no its wont, H87 is a decent chipset. As long as your motherboard has PCIE 3.0 (or even 2.0), you will get full performance.
