Will a HD 6950 be bottlenecked by my Phenom X4@3.2?

For gaming at 1600x900. I will play game like Metro 2033, Crysis, BF3, Witcher 2.

I am not sure about BF3. But the other three are more GPU dependent, although a nice CPU always help bump the performance up a little. I think you should be okay with your setup.

If you mean phenom i, yes it will be severly bottlenecked. If you mean phenom ii, then not really.
