Will a i3 4130 bottleneck Gigabyte gtx 1050 ti?

I have come across many Gpu's and i think gtx 1050 ti is the best budget gpu...i am planning to buy it but i am worrying that can my cpu bottleneck my gpu?

If a game really needs a quad core, then your CPU will be the limiting factor. However I would not let that stop you from getting that card. Overall, that card would serve you well. Plus the bottlenecking effect, if it happens, won't be that much anyways. So you wouldn't be wasting money if that's what you're worried about.
