If that guy can get 20-30 FPS on FX 6300 processor, when not using the recording software, you with i5 4440 which is far more powerful than the FX 6300, should get 25-35 FPS. Cheers!

i suggest you a R7 260X minimum for a decent and smooth gaming
with r7 240 you will be able to run the game...but you will not like the experience

i am using that card and i can 1920x1080 on low to medium based on the games sooo if ur budget is limited u can goo for this card cheeers 😀
